This is admin setting for:

Settings

The Settings page allows users to configure system behavior, ticket handling, and business hours.

API Keys

  • Used to manage the system API key.
  • Keep the API key secure to prevent unauthorized access.

Keyword Ignore

  • Add keywords that the system should ignore when receiving messages.
  • Messages containing these keywords will not be processed.
  • Separate multiple keywords using commas.

Auto Close Ticket

  • Automatically closes tickets after a selected period of time.
  • Select “Never” if you do not want tickets to close automatically.

Greeting Message Count

  • Sets how many times the greeting message will be sent to a contact.
  • Set to 99 if you want the greeting message to keep sending.

Create New Ticket After

  • Automatically creates a new ticket ID after the selected time period.
  • Select “Immediately” to create a new ticket instantly.

  • You can set the business hours and the break time here.
  • You can set the special holidays here too. 
  • You can add the greeting message for auto reply in the holidays too.
