This is admin setting for:
Settings
The Settings page allows users to configure system behavior, ticket handling, and business hours.
API Keys
- Used to manage the system API key.
- Keep the API key secure to prevent unauthorized access.
Keyword Ignore
- Add keywords that the system should ignore when receiving messages.
- Messages containing these keywords will not be processed.
- Separate multiple keywords using commas.
Auto Close Ticket
- Automatically closes tickets after a selected period of time.
- Select “Never” if you do not want tickets to close automatically.
Greeting Message Count
- Sets how many times the greeting message will be sent to a contact.
- Set to 99 if you want the greeting message to keep sending.
Create New Ticket After
- Automatically creates a new ticket ID after the selected time period.
- Select “Immediately” to create a new ticket instantly.
- You can set the business hours and the break time here.
- You can set the special holidays here too.
- You can add the greeting message for auto reply in the holidays too.
