2. Create a Business Portfolio in Meta Business Suite

Before you begin

• You need a personal Facebook account. This will be used to log in to Meta Business Suite and create a business portfolio.
• You can create up to two business portfolios.

  This does not limit how many portfolios you can be added to.

• Business portfolio permissions override all other permissions.

Steps

1. Go to business.facebook.com using a desktop browser.
    This is also the login page for Meta Business Suite.
   • If you already have access to Meta Business Suite, you can use the drop-down menu at the top of the left menu and skip to Step 4.
     
2. Click Create account.
2. Log in using your personal Facebook account.
   • If you don’t have one, click Create account to sign up.
3. Click Create a business portfolio.
   
4. Enter your business details:
   • Business portfolio name
     Must match the public name of your business or organisation.
     Special characters are not allowed.
   • Your name
   • Business email address
     This email is used by Meta to contact you and will not be visible to customers.
5. Click Submit or Create to complete the setup.
   You will receive an email to confirm the business email address.
